Why do we have teams like North Korea/Honduras/South Africa/Cameroon here? Its the world cup thats why. The same applies to the refs. Which ref is worse than Howard Webb from England or Rosetti from Italy or Larrionda from Uruguay.

There should be no ref outside of the top European leagues, maybe a few Latin American refs but anybody who watches those leagues would know even a few is risky

There should not be refs from countries without a serious league, they don't have the weekly experience of refereeing the best players in the world, infront of big home crowds and all the pressure it brings.

He didn't change a call intentionally. The match commentator said that the replay was showed on the big screen at the stadium and both referee and his assistant saw it
