Are the Dutch just like Germany yesterday?

Both big favorites. Both heavily backed. Both impressive first matches.

Or is it different because the Dutch are the top dark horse to win it and Germany was just an upper tier squad. Also Serbia has probably the best back four in the WC.

How is Japan's defense in comparison to the other teams in the WC? I noticed they gave up quite a few goals in the last few matches coming into the cup while not scoring much if it at all.

There have been some surprising results already, yes - and it will be another major shock if the Dutch fail to beat Japan. They have been one of the most consistent national sides in recent months, though, and it is hard to see them failing today.

Well books must have cleaned up in the limited soccer action they received. Germany went down, USA and England both drew and both were pretty heavily bet. Maybe we can get the Netherlands today. Who knows, I am just a square looking for a buck.
