I'd say a draw is as good as a win for the US today. That crucial point could be the point that puts them through to the 2nd round.

Soccer can be such a great sport sometimes...and other times it kicks you in the knads. For an opening game, and such a quality opponent, it's a solid result for the US to move forward on. Also, their defense was much better today than I thought would of happened. I really am surprised the game went Under.

I dont know much about soccer obviously, but I'm used to someone winning the game.

Draw seem like a waste of time, but what in the hell do I know.

I understand the allocation of points in order to further advance. But draws are anti climatic.
