What stood out here is that both teams were listed at Pick 'em. I would have expected France to be at -1/2 goal and Uruguay getting the Draw at +1/2, but not so. Obviously the oddsmakers don't want to give Uruguay the draw option for a win but instead of making France at PK for -200 odds. Why?
Last six matches France has scored .67 goals for and gave up 1 goal a game. Here are the results of it's last 4 friendlies (most recent at the end): L 2-0 to Spain, W 2-1 Costa Rica, D 1-1 Tunisia (really?), and L 1-0 China (WOW!). Drawing 1-1 to Tunisia is bad but losing 1-0 to China...come on. Something's not right. For as talented as France is something is missing with this team and it showed in their warmups prior to the 'real' games.
In Uruguay's last 6 matches, they've scored 1.83 games while giving up .83 per game. That's 1 goal differential! They went 5-1-1 in their last 7 matches, with their only blemish a 1-0 loss to Argentina. Their star striker Diego Forlan is scheduled to play this game so no worries there.
France is ranked #9 in the world and Uruguay at #16. I'm assuming the majority of the public bets are coming in on France, but the books are relunctant to move off Pick 'em. Paraguay PK is the play.

I think the Draw is a really strong possibility here and will risk 1/2 a Unit on it. The ideal result of these wagers would be a Draw. If a Draw occurs we'll be up 1.2 Units. If Paraguay wins, we'll be up 1 Unit. Obviously France win will result in a 1.5 Unit loss.
