Thoughts on Blackpool vs Cardiff - promotion to Premier League at stake
Anyone got any thoughts on the promotion playoff final today between Blackpool and Cardiff?

I really love Blackpool here, you can get an excellent price on them, ML +224 and they are in red hot form at the moment. Going away to Forest, scoring 4 goals and beating them is a fine achievement when you consider that Forest has a such good home record.

Cardiff sort of stumbled their way into the final after a home loss to Leicester, conceding 3 goals at home to a team that doesn't have a great attack is a bit concerning. Blackpool is a team that likes to attack and they'll be able to exploit any defensive weaknesses.

Blackpool can also let in a few goals themselves and they sometimes struggle to contain pacy strikers. Bothroyd will be a real asset for Cardiff because he can take advantage of any lack of pace in the backline, if Blackpool pushes up too high in defence.

But I suppose this is a final so you can probably throw the form book out the window because anything can happen in a one off final. Still, I'm leaning towards Blackpool and I really like the +224 odds that you can get.

I also think laying 9 or less corners on Betfair at odds of 3 could be a good idea, I think we easily get 10 corners here, both teams play with wingers and like to attack.

Cardiff have the better players, Blackpool have the better manager. I am going small on under 1.5 goals

2-2 now. Cardiff Goalkeeper is a nutcase, coming out for a corner and punching it 1 yard and then flapping his arms about like a turkey .

WOW, this Cardiff defense is unbelievable if you's are watching this game the 3rd goal just scored by blackpool about 4 different cardiff players slide on the ground and the keeper was in no mans land again and it was a TAP IN.
