I've checked Bodog, Pinnacle, and 5 Dimes, and none of them have it on the board.

Pinnacle has the spread, but no three way.

I typically only see this with suspected fixes/arranged draws.

Could be it was taken off the board due to heavy betting on Catania, which is now down to 1.6 at Betfair.

You can get Catania -105 at the SBR Book. I don't know what's going on here, but that looks like a good price to me.
