yeah they were relagated, coz, two teams of Ankara (Ankaragucu&ankaraspor) had getting well, ,and TFF thought this would be a problem for matches,they were like affiliate clubs,didn t allow them... (as I know)

They were taken out of the league shortly after the mayor of Ankara's son was appointed as chairman of Ankaraspor. The league was afraid of conflicts of interest because the mayor himself is chairman of Ankaragücü.
