0-0 at HT +350 2 units
It's easy to think Chelsea will be up 5-0 at HT in this game considering what a force they've been this season winning some games with phone numbers alike as results, but I like what Portsmouth have shown in defense to end the season in EPL, and also their form improved later on. The FA Cup have been their first and foremost priority this year after the league went downhill. They have been a totally different team in the cup, with some good performances. One of them holding the spurs to 0-0 FT and winning it in extra time.
This is the biggest game of Portsmouth's season this year, and I believe the players out there on the pitch will work very hard and give it their absolute best. I'm not sure what approach they will have to this game, but it's clearly suicide to go all out attack vs the blues and I reckon they will defend good for at least 60 minutes before Chelsea gets a goal. I have little hopes for Portsmouth to actually win the Cup even though they will be very much up for the task - the blues will just be too strong after a full 90 minutes - they want this double to end the year. That's why I've chosen to bet the first half only. I believe in Portsmouth, but not enough to back them on the AH +2 for the full game. We all know what Chelsea is capable of. But we have also witnessed Portsmouth's motivation, fighting power and so on when they've been playing in the cup as a different team than the one that are relegated in the league.
At +350 I think the 0-0 draw at HT is a great pick in this game and I will up my stake to 2 units because of the potential payout.
