I'm a little surprised that no one is giving Slovenia any chance here. USA aren't guaranteed to go through, and Slovenia have a good team. I don't even think the USA will make it through. I see England and Slovenia going through.

Surely if it was purely about the commercial thing and sponshorship deals then "the world" would want the 8 best teams in the world in the quarter finals, ie 6 from Europe along with Argentina and Brazil.

Its not a dig at the USA but football will ALWAYS be more to European countries and South America than it will to North America - remember, you guys as a nation only like sports you dont suck at

I'm basing my decision on the fact that the U.S. chokes against Europeans.

Except against Spain during the CC, they havent looked good at all against them.
