#37i'd pass... see this as a draw. Hotspurs been in decent form and will not roll over and play dead if they go down a goal like aston villa... Ill be rooting for man city, want them to compete with the big dogs.Comment -

#42i didnt mean their the worst away side by any means, i meant against top opposition.Originally posted by SmogsCome on dude, do not mislead people, do a little research and you wil find Spurs away record this season is 6-5-6 p17 Pts 23.
6th best in the premier league
check their complete club schedule.
in my opinion a draw would suit spurs nicely.
last match would be versus burnely at home.
sometimes its good to analyze numbers and think a little no smogs.Comment -

#45Yeh, i saw that, it's just you said they were awful away from WHL... as if to mean in general, but yes they have a poor record against top opposition, as proven by their collapse at Old TraffordOriginally posted by Barroco

#47Agreed, Tottenham have won 11 of the last 12 meetings between the sides in all competitions, and 10 of the last 11 in the Premier League. That's history. Tottenham also won the reverse fixture by 3-0. But that's not a problem. We all know the present Man City side are quite different to those of the past. This is a huge game for both sides as it will determine which of the 2 will be in the CL next year. Now let's look at one these:
1) Tottenham haven't shutout Man City twice in a row. Given that Man City were shutout in the last meeting, we expect at least one goal from Man City
2) Man City have kept twice more clean sheets at home (6) than Tottenham have kept on the road (3)
3) Man City's boast a GD of +22 in 18 home games while Tottenham's GD in 17 road games is at -1.
This is one game where the h2h record counts for nothing. Man City rolls at home as Tottenham's road woes continue.Comment -

#51This would be my play but I looked at stats and ill pass. 1win out of 12 games between them. Tottenham own them. I agree that every season is different but still.
Im gonna watch and decide during the gameComment -

#52W, respect the points you make but the price for Spurs to win is too big to pass up so I guess we'll have to agree to differ. BOLComment -

#58I feel for you wil - i took the over for a little and lost obviously, but Spurs were the better side in this one, the over should have hit but each goal keeper was on top form. Head up dude
