Bastia have 3 decent players suspended for this one, both teams are motivated and in good form but I think Clermont will win this one. Clermont has a solid home record while Bastia has an awful away record and has only scored 9 goals on the road this season.

Also Clermont needs to play for the win because they are chasing Arles for the 3rd promotion spot and a draw would not be a good result for them, especially at home against the bottom team in the league.

I have read that Bastia is missing 4-5 regular players today. The odds have fallen somewhat, still
I don't understand why it's so high, though I "know nothing" about League 2.

For your play this is what I came up with:
Clermont have 10 clean sheets @home to Bastia's 1 away clean sheet.
Clermont have failed to score 9 times through 34 matches, Bastia have failed to score 12 times through 34 matches.
With bastia players out I think this should be an easy one.
Just a test for this league I went through and picked what I liked through all games.

Arles failed to score 7 times through 34 matches
Nantes failed to score 12 time through 34 matches.

From these stats I favor a home win.
