well, anyone can say this coach journey have nothing to do with players. but we already saw what happened to mighty barca n lyon at champions league. now, liverpool n fulham are exactly at same spot. I havent search how long their travel took, but regardless, they will likely to feel affected later.

Spot on! I also like the looks of the away teams today, or better said I don't like how the home teams have played lately. I am looking into Fulham and Liverpool not to lose.

There's something about Fulham. They've done so well so far in the Europa League, i think i have to back them again.
Still thinking between +0.5 or Draw No Bet.

here is the news:
fulham has better travel route than liverpool, at least.
they took 17 hours coach journey + 3 hour of traffic jam accident n arrived wednesday.
liverpool took 1200 miles from runcorn-london-paris-bordeaux on tuesday n arrived wednesday. the rafa pre-match conference even took place on the train. talking bout bad luck that has been on this club from the start of the season
unless hamburg n atletico show below par performance as they often showed in the league, it will be really difficult for english teams not to lose.

Aguero will not be playing, Atletico are screwed. Liverpool are without Torres, but they still have the players to do the job and Rafa is a master against Spanish teams. Plus Atletico are just woeful, not to mention their defense

I strongly believe both home teams win tonight
Liverpool are going to have no goal threat except set pieces, N'gog is shite, Kuyt is out of position, i just think they'll lose 2-1
Fulham have been an obvious money train, but Hamburg at home....in the host stadium, come on. This has a 2-0 written all over it. And i know how bad Hamburg have been domestically, all the more reason to win this
And Nistelrooy loves scoring against Fulham

Hamburg will win
The tired, and relatively old squad of Fulham had to travel a lot via bus, as they cannot fly cause of the flying ban in Europe...the same will happen with them what happened to Barca....had to travel a lot by bus, and this is a big advantage for the home team....not to mention, Hamburg haven't lost a single game in the EL this year

Perhaps the best value of the day in general in Atl Madrid v Liverpool OVER. 7 of pool's last 9 in all comps have been over 2.5, and Atletico i similar in that number...odds favor the under, but great value on the OVER in this one...I pulled the trigger and put a unit on it.

I ll bet on halftime X for both matches...
They will be controlled, 2 english teams are away and they will try to take their chances to their home, and make more defence also it is hard to score premier league teams when they are away.

I'm trying to find out what coaches the teams traveled on, there are coaches that are so spacious and comfortable than the length or distance wouldn't matter but there are some that are so crap that even after a journey of a few hours you would feel like you just went through the wars. Trust me, I've experienced both and been across a much longer distance
