What a performance vs Tottenham in the FA Cup semi final to go to the final. They would have stayed in the EPL if it wasn't for financial problems, the 9 point penalty and the huge injury list. I think we can expect a quick comeback like Newcastle for next year, so keep your eyes open on them the first game they play in a few months on their comeback trail.

I really disagree... Pompey is decent NOW but they are getting rid of all the current players and getting newer cheaper ones.
In fact for the Final 6 players that played today might not even be there due to some kind of 'games played' contract bonus.. cheap!Comment -
It depends on their squad then. Newcastle went down with the core of their squad intact. I don't foresee that with Portsmouth. I don't see Portsmouth coming back to the EPL in the next 2 years.Comment -
