You realise the season isn't over after tomorrow....so many people writing United off so fast just because Rooney is out. If I told you that the last 11 games without Rooney we are 10-1-0 would you believe it..we are not a one-man team..no team is. did we not easily beat Bolton 4-0 last week? Berbatov will have to step up obviously, but he's no slouch..12 goals in 19 starts (8 in his last 9) isn't too shabby and he doesn't even play the full match.

People are looking at the result in Munich and all of a sudden saying we have all these defensive deficiences...I didn't hear a peep about it when we beat Bolton last week or even Liverpool the week before. Chelsea beats a struggling Villa side 7-1 and all of a sudden they're Invincible??? If you look at their recent travels, they have not been convincing...could not even beat Blackburn or Hull, two offensively inept clubs (apologise to those who support them). Granted United will not park the bus in front of goal at Old Trafford...not the United way. But, would you say those clubs are even close to being at the level of United's even without Rooney? Don't think so...got to think hard to even remember who their strikers are (Kalinic and Zaki?). So whose to say United are not even capable of competing tomorrow as it seems to some that it's a foregone conclusion including the title race.
If anyone follows the EPL or Chelsea closely, you'll know about Chelsea's own defensive woes...No Ivanovic, arguably their best defender all year, no Boswinga, Carvalho or Cole and Terry's been a mess. So now you have a 3rd choice Ferreira on the right, Zhirkov on the left, not exactly fleet-footed defenders. Throw in the fact that Chelsea's midfield lacks any real pace, besides Malouda (no Essien), and this is where Valencia, Nani and Park can open things up. We don't even need Berbatov to score tomorrow..he just needs to play within the sytem and put pressure on their defenders which will open up space for our wingers.

We're at Old Trafford, haven't lost to them there in our last 4 and Fergie will have lit a match under their @sses after their showing in Munich. Not saying we win tomorrow (I admire your confidence Lakerboy), but we definitely won't roll over.

if you send me 25 i give you back 50 + the original 25 if chelsea wins. if its a draw you get your 25 back.
