I still think that linesmakers just want you to think that it could end in the draw. They've dropped the Wigan line in hopes the people will bet the draw, they've made the Wigan +1/2 very appealing, and they've kept Villa at + odds so that people think that it will end in the draw. As the only EPL game on the board, the line has to be tight. In reality, Villa should be about a -130 favorite. But the linesmakers know that if they do that ALL the money will come in on Villa. If they do this, they'll get a lot of draw bets and Wigan +1/2 bets.
According to softwares like Vitibet though, this game should be 2-0 Villa. I agree with that, and am not fooled by this linesman trickeryComment -
