Ok I am new to soccer can someone tell me what it means when you have something on the spread like(+1, +1.5 -105)? Help will be much appreciated.

-1, -1.5, -2 ........+1, +1.5, , +2 , +2,5 etc are the asian handicap, basically it means the team either starts with +1 goals, or -1 goals or whatever the handicap is.

The way it works is that the fav normally can be taken with a "-" (minus) handicap and dogs (+ hadicap)

An example would be this Liverpool game, the Handicap line is -1, this means liverpool start the game 0-1 down, if liverpool win by 1 goal it will be a push as it ends a draw, if liverpool win by 2 goals we win the £.

however DONT mistake asian handicap for european handicap, or any other handicap. Only use asian handicaps and make sure your book uses them too.

the -105 is just the odds in US format.

yeah what turkzz said, but when you bet something like +1,+1.5 (-105).. it means half your bet is on +1 and the other half on +1.5, both at -105 juice
