Hey Guys. Don't know much about soccer and don't claim to.
Just based on standings and stories I've read, two bets look tempting.
Before I pull the trigger, I need some advise here.
1) Stoke City/Wigan Under 2.5 (-155)
In 11 away matches, Stoke has only 4 goals, and have given up 13.
In 10 home matches, Wigan has scored 10 goals, and given up 14.
*These teams did have a 2-2 result early this year at Stoke, but Stoke have much higher scoring games at home, same as Wigan on road*
The numbers point to an under, a lot of posters like this as a draw. Well when you think draw, you typically think 0-0 or 1-1.
2) Fulham ML (-150)
I see that Fulham has been in bad form as of late, but Burnley hasn't been any better. Fulham has 7 wins, 3 losses, 2 draws at home, while conceding only 8 goals. Fulham only has 1 goal in last 5 games, but return there leading scorer Bobby Zamora tonight. Looking at past results this year, Fulham has very impressive home wins over Everton, Liverpool, Blackburn and Man U.
Burnley is a pitiful 0-11-1 on the road, while scoring 8 and giving up 35. Giving up 3 goals per game, tells me Fulham can probably find the back of the net tonight.
Help me out though guys. I generally hate laying anything over -110, but based on the numbers, these 2 look like they extreme value.
