Sunderland looks good (lol, is it even legal to say something like that about a team which has won a league match away from home roughly six months ago ) It's just that Pompey is so bad, and it's quite hard to imagine that they would beat Sunderland twice in couple of weeks. If Sunderland wants to win another away fixture this year, this would be their best chance by far.

Wigan is sort of a Jekyll and Hyde team this year, you'll never know which one shows up.

Bettingwise I'll stay away from both matches, but Pompey-Sunderland might be fun to watch.
