Agreed, capping Serie A is as aggravating as watching Italy win the world cup
For me, Portugal SuperLiga league play is the most predictable with few surprises, cup play is a different story.

ii would take Maritimo the past shows they tend to have close fixtures but also would think over would be a done deal but these 2 teams haven't went over in past few games against each other but i would go with the better team if theirs value or +.5 or PK

i would take Maritimo PK +100 1u and the draw +195 1u and take a shot at over 2-112

At first glance, I would go with Leixoes.
Just past the half way point of the season, they are waist deep in relegation trouble (some tables show them in 13th place, but they're actually in 15th as they have given up 'away victories' to the other teams at the bottom, this takes precedence over goals differential in Portugal, also why Benfica is not in 1st place) so i'd say they have a motivation advantage, they're playing at home, they have a better recent record than Maritimo, and when Maritimo got thumped 0-5 to Benfica in their last game, they lost 2 starters to red cards.

Mind you when i said more predictable, I meant the upper echelon teams (Benfica, Braga, Porto, Sporting) against the lower 2/3rds of the table and against each other. Their games just seem to fall in-line with their ranking order. So far anyway.

Ur always the optimist flamengo are not playing games this year they didn't go out and grab Vagner Love , Ramon and Rodrigo Alvim they have one of the strongest squads in the world in my opinion at the moment when Maldonado recovers then the team is complete IMO the would do very well in Europe Brazil teams are much faster IMO than most of European teams and if you notice the faster stronger players in Europe come from hmmm where Brazil & Arg ????? OK you get the picture
i know im biased cause im a mengo fan but this squad is one of the strongest Ive seen in a while
and yes any given day the best can be beaten by a not so great team but this team is engineered to win the copa this year!!!!

couldn't agree more FLu will be alot stronger this year as well and vasco have a nice squad and will be top contenders thats FLA biggest rivals as of late also FLU but vasco and Fla hate each other even more and you will see even better Classico's when they play only thing that sucks is maracana is closing down later this year for reconstruction due to world cup 2014 and Olympics in 2016 but as you noticed Flamengo have the most fans in Brazil so hopefully doesn't make a major factor in play this year !!!
