What is the ML and Goal when betting soccer?

ML = Moneyline
If you bet TeamA ML you win your bet if TeamA wins outright. If the game ends draw or your team loses your bet is lost

Goal/Goalline
How many Goals will be scored? Over/Under 2,5 Goals for example

Goal Line could also be the handicap a team is for the game...for example, if Arsenal is -1.5 today against Liege...they have to win by 2 goals or more to cover that bet.
