Yes, that rule is actually beneficial most of the time. In the case of Man City, we actually have a team that wants something good for themselves at the end of the season. They may not win the EPL just yet, but they have a realistic chance of qualifying for the Champions League next year. The fact that they're missing some regulars (Adebayo, Robinho, Ireland, and Co.) even helps our course as those filling in for them would want to give the coach some food for thought. So I had to break that rule in this special case. I personally would love to see an "outsider" team that would break the established Big Four monopoly. So let's ride with Man City. There'll often be times when we have to use the rule in question.

My predictions for both games are:

AIK wins by 2-0.

Man City wins by 3-1.

I have no problems parlaying the money lines of both favorites as I expect both, or at least one of them to win on the runline.

AIK won by 2-0, so let's hope my prediction for the Man City also comes through.

Technically speaking, West Brom (and also Preston North End) is an excellent pick tomorrow. My only worry is that it's the VERY BEST pick tomorrow in the Championship. But I'd go with it as we expect West Brom to continue their push for automatic promotion to the EPL. By vitisport prediction, it has the highest expected win at 80%. Vitisport also preidicts a 3-0 West Brom win. Two things happen to such games:

1) West Brom could win by up to 4-0, or

2) The hosts take the lead in the 1H, 2 red cards are issued to West Brom early in the 2H, and a penalty is awarded to the hosts to increase the tally. The hosts go on to win and bettors lose a lot of money.

I'll come back to this later.
