I don't know if its a high age for basketball, but my body feels rough everyday I was up and I'm only in my late 20s. I'm amazed at how some of these guys bodies take the wear and tear day in and day out. I realize basketball is not a physical sport, but their knees and shins have to begin to hurt at some point, u would think.
