    Europa/Cardiff Cup Leans for Thursday
Alright guys, I'm one of the silent, yet very excited budding soccer fans out there. I want your leans for tomorrow. Here's what I've got initially (still shopping for lines).

Manchester City ML, or -1, or even -1.5
Crystal Palace is a mediocre Championship team facing a Man City team that has recently become an elite squad, and is still in the phase where it needs to prove that assertion. Cardiff Cup's a great place to do that. I expect a slaughter tomorrow.

    Aston Villa
So Villa's played their early season sh*t matches and now has one goal to make up in the aggregate. Luckily, they're coming off the big Liverpool victory, and should be hungry in this match.

    Galatasaray
I don't care that they're already up 5-0 in the aggregate, this football club flat out runs over other clubs. They're on a 7 game win streak that I think they'll be stubborn to hold onto tomorrow.

    Thoughts?

Galatasaray has a 5-0 aggregate lead, so they wont go all out in this match. Levadia isnt bad at home though, they know they have no chance of advancing so they will play with this one for the fans. I'd say play the draw or Levadia +3/4.

Man City has a 3-1 lead, they prolly wont go for much in this match since they do play portsmouth this weekend. ML looks great, but -1.5 is alot to ask for out of such a crappy away team.

This is a straight knockout competition, there hasn't been a previous game, so it starts at 0-0.

        I'm on Galatasaray as well.

As for Man City, they won their only road game this year 2-0 at Blackburn so not sure you can judge their road record as of yet. They only have domestic competitions this year so I would expect them to go all out...Portsmouth on the weekend probably won't affect their play much. That being said, I am going to lay off this game - I don't think there is value to be had on either side.

For other Europa games, anyone have thoughts on Amkar/Fulham, SK Sigma/Everton? I don't know much about Amkar or Sigma but there isn't much juice to pay for the prem teams in those games.

For favorites, Villarreal and Valencia should win handily, but at -1.5 (-143 and -130 respectively), you could play the over 3 -123 in either as well. I would lean towards the spread however, both games will probably be 2-0 or 3-0.

Aston Villa and Galatasaray really look good. Man City? I don't know. I won't be surprised if Man City goes there and play a 1-1 draw. Man City is one of the most bettor-unfriendly teams in the EPL. I won't put a cent on them in a game where you think they clearly hold the edge.

I was looking at Man City, but it appears everyone is against them. Why is that because they are playing a lower division club, so they should be able to handle them correct?

Two things to note on the Valencia game are that:
              1) Valencia with a 3-0 advantage has virtually sealed their qualification for the next round
              2) Valencia has their first league game of the season at home against a strong Sevilla on Sunday.

With that in mind, one would think that:
              1) Valencia will play with no sense of urgency
              2) The likes of Villa and Silva may not feature in today's game, or at least not for the whole game.

That bodes well for a low-scoring game. I think these are very probable:
              1) draw
              2) Under 2.5

Those odds on the Galatasaray -1 cant be right , should be at least +100
