This is a loaded question. Because there are different ways to look at it.
I think the standard answer to this WAS Bet365. Sounds like they're blocking non-admitted countries now. Even if u didn't have an acct there, it was awesome for live updates.
A few considerations:
1) How fast is the feed/accept? Soccer is free-flowing, not too many natural stoppages. You'd hate to think you're getting shorted on goals that go in right at your confirmation.
2) You'd like the juice to be not too heavy. Close to 105% pool would be best.

I'm still of the opinion that Live soccer betting is tough. Half-time betting, sure. But Live is tricky.
