    Question
Usually bet NCAA, maybe some NBA.

Bet some soccer but not as familiar with it.

Just wondering what the discrepancy or difference is between a quarter goal. My local has some lines that seem quite a bit off, I'm just wondering by how much.

    For example..my site has this;

    Over 2.5-3 goals -125

Where as other sites I'm checking have the same game as

    Over 3.0 goals +105

I know for basketball, a half point might be a difference of -110 - -120 give or take, but for soccer not sure how much that extra quarter goal would change it. Feel as though it should be more than what it is on my site.

Anyone know the rule of thumb?

    Cheers

      Exactly my point

      Shouldn't my site read
      Over 2.5-3 -160
      or more

oh i thought you meant the opposite..

        the odds are about right.
-160 is too much to risk (if over 3.0 is +105), as you would still need 4 goals for a FULL win.

          ah fair enough.

just trying to figure out roughly how much a .25 goal would be worth if you were to "buy it"

          Cheers

            Looks about right.

5Dimes have Melbourne City v West Sydney Ov3 +106 and you can buy that down to Ov 2.75 -124
            .

              Ahh right on.

Not nearly as expensive as I'd thought it'd be.

              thanks!
