Do values exist on very short odds? An example of that

I watched PSG crush Barcelona two days ago.

(for those who missed it, 4-0 for Paris) ... I opened the market ''To Qualify for next round'' at Betfair and I was expecting 1.03 vs 30.0 or something like that... And I actually saw 1.07 vs 13.5. First thought that came to my mind was: who the hell will bet on Barcelona at 13.5?

As I have a big bankroll, I rushed over Paris @1.07 and I am willing to trade them at 1.05 as I estimate these odds to be too high. See the odds drop to 1.04 (I believe) before the 8th of March.

I think I will trade at 1.05 if I can, even though I believe there is no way Barcelona will qualify but I have a big amount so it is better to trade.
