Custom Futures Betting

I know this may be a longshot, but does anyone have experience with requesting custom futures?

For example, say I wanted to bet Sporting Lisbon to win Europa League. Normally I would just go to Europa League Futures and place that bet. Thing is, they aren't in that competition yet. Their currently in Champoions League, and would only move to Europa League if they place third in their UCL group.

Any thoughts on this?

You would have to bet on sporting to finish 3rd, which is 1.57. so £10=£15.70
then go all in £15.70 once they drop into europa league
