Why is Italy such a big favorite live right now???

Italy is -222 draw no bet and -182 to advance.. Germany is +165 and +145 respectively.. There's no red cards or anything.. Germany was a pretty big fav before the game

Germany was just +550 to win in regulation before that goal.. How does a team that's +125 to +305 fav before the game, all of a sudden become a +550 dog in a tie game??? Wtf??

Ok something is clearly fukked up with my book cuz after that goal it now says italy is -714 to win in regulation... They have the lines backwards
