Here is a thought before the next bet on any European league!
It is not affecting Euro 2016 but it will affect all the leagues for the next season. As a result of the English vote to leavue EU, 332 football players will have to leave the island. Why? Because England will not give them work permits as they do not meet the requirements of the law. More than 100 are members of Premier League teams. Consequently the balance of power will shift hands. These players will also get filtered to teams throughout Europe and change the balances there as well. Which means that bettors will need to reconsider their bets. With much greater care this time.

        1) Let's see first of the referendum holds out. It has to be ratified by the local congresses at Scotland and Northern Ireland which have threatened with withdrawal from the UK and declared that they definitely will not ratify the vote.
        2) As per the articles of Civic Procedures there is a deadline of either 90 or 120 days upon which a decision rendered by a referendum must be put to effect at the latest.
        3) As per Article 50 of the EU the minute the UK submits the application to witrhdraw it will be considered as a state that is no longer a member of the EU. The negotiations are meant to make the transition smoother not to verify it.
        4) England is the most rigid state in the World in reference to upholding the law.

I don't know where you are from but for us living in Europe it was a rather expected result. We knew that it would be close till the end with either result being possible. Not voting is not the reason for a bad decision. Let me remind you of a couple of things:

          A) "The only part of a State that does not know what they want is its people".
          B) "Each people receives the government they deserve. Bad people receive an even worse government."

Politicians do not fall from the sky. They come from the same mass of voters. When the mass of voters is bad so will be the politicians.
