Major line movement in the past hour leading up to the match. Kiev was -630 and now -380. The O/U was at OVER 3 -120 and is now UNDER 3 -156! Outrageous turn around for what? Anyone know?

I guess the line movement was correct. Only 1-0 and HT and doesn't look like it's going over 3. I see maybe a 2-0 final or might stay as is at 1-0. Kiev has dominated most with 60/40 in possession and 7 shots. 3 on goal though. But, 3 yellow cards for Kyiv is a lot. I see one of them converting to a red and really slowing the game down.Comment -
