    Champions League. 8/9 Dec.
My two bits on the Tuesday matches.

Can't see much in the way of motivation for the 8 games on Tuesday for any teams bar those in Group B where 3 teams are fighting for the top 2 spots. The other groups' 1-2 are decided and it could be a dull day with players probably rested outside of Group B. Tomorrow has more interest and motivation.

A home win for Wolfsburg (v Man U) on Tuesday seals top spot in Group B. Man U will need the win also as otherwise PSV will leapfrog Man U into 2nd with a home win v CSKA Moscow.

A Man U loss and PSV draw puts the 2 teams equal 2nd where PSV would advance on the H2H rule.
    PSV and Under v CSKA.
1-0 and 2-0 both at around 10.00 (Betfair) looks good. The Dutch should keep this tight and risk free. They've won both home games, scoring twice in each , and CSKA has lost both away games without scoring a goal.
CSKA could finish 3rd and gain Europa League entry with a win here, so there is some motivation for the Russian team. They did beat PSV at home 3-2 but I'm thinking that result will strengthen the Dutch resolve to keep it tight and low scoring.

Wolfsburg v Man Utd Over 2.5 (2.18 Betfair)
The Wolfsburg/Man Utd game could be higher scoring than the odds suggest especially if PSV score in the first half and put Man Utd under pressure to get the win. They haven't been scoring goals but they could leave themselves open to conceding a couple late if they get in a desperate position. The odds favour the Under due to both teams conceding just 4 each in 5 games but I'm going against that stat.

Not much betting interest in the other Tuesday games with too few motivational angles involved although I'll be having something on PSG V Shakhtar Donetsk over 0.5 goals 1-10 mins @4.50.

Bet365 are doing their €50 free in-play bet for this game.

I usually recommend for the pre-game bet to bet on a player to score the first goal who you know will not play so that you have a risk free €50 bet in-play.

Pre-Game bet: Ziegele to score first

      In-Play bet: Under 2.5 Goals

      Risk: €0

      Potential Profit: €36

Why would the MU game be a goalfest ? It has a 0-0 or 1-1 draw written all over it, especially if PSV will not be winning at HT. The hosts will be happy with a draw and MU does not have a lot of talent on attack.

I like PSV to win this game at home. One of the only games I like on the board. When there isn't a lot of motivation you have to look towards the totals.
