Lazio has dominated the Coppa Italia in recent years (they won 3 times in the past 12 years including 03/04, 08/09 and 12/13) + plus they have the home crowd on their side since the game is played in the Stadio Olimpico di Roma and as we all now Lazio is from Rom.
But this Juve team is no joke and they are legit to get the triple this year (they already won the Scudetto).

Juventus will be eager to win their 2nd title of the currently 3 possible titles (Scudetto, Coppa Italia and Champions League) this season and Bookies have Juventus as the favoite which I think is acceptable especially regarding history between Juvents vs Lazio (Juventus won 4 and had 1 draw in the last 5 meetings between these two clubs)

Essentially a home game for Lazio, like their chances to score (1 less than Juve on the season). Also like Juve chances to win in regulation. That said, thinking 2-1 final. Just my feeling, not an expert by any means. Would hope it doesn't turn into a Chelsea match
