could you show me an example
all i can think of is , it was shown as closing profit ... stake 1u @ 1.63 - return +0.63
otherwise mathematically, even if that would be offer on 3 out 5 , or 4 out of 6 legs, or any other combination, it still not divides to .63

or it could be implied probability , which says bookies will cash in 7% no matter what result is
