Porto have already advanced to the knockout stage, but they sit only 2 points above Shaktar for 1st place in the group. Next round will see them play a supposedly weaker foe by locking up the Group, so this game does have meaning for them. Bate are all but assured of being done with European Football, even with a miraculous win over Porto. They are without 2 key defenders as well. Filipenko through injury, and Khagash through suspension. Porto are fresh, since they haven't seen any action since Nov 9th, other then numerous players being involved in Portugal's " friendly " win over Argentina last week. Porto dominated the earlier fixture at home 6 - 0, and should control the midfield in this one as well.

Oh yeah, that Porto -1 one looks like easy money to me too. BATE barely even made it to CL this year, I think they would get destroyed in Europa League as well. No idea how even a completely out of form Bilbao team lost to them earlier though.

Bayern are a class above Man City as well.
