Egypt already eliminated?

Just reading up on this, but I think earlier results have already eliminated struggling Egypt. They are away to Tunisia. Tunisia +110 is my play. Game off at 2:00 EST

Egypt weren't eliminated though. They had to win to finish as the best 3rd place team.

Must have read article wrong, thought that DR Congo winning 3-1 put them out. Not sure what would have happened if Egypt had won 2-1. Both teams would have been on 9 points and a +1 goal differential. Maybe more goals scored? Congo had edge there.
