Private school v. large public school matchup. Rice more often than not plays fast and scores . . . they have the talent and the style of play to score . . . The UT sports program meanwhile has the money to recruit players that should be able to score against Rice - clearly a small fish. UT Austin - 50,000 + students and bankroll for collegiate sports. Rice - 6500 or so students.
