Trying my best. There will be bad runs as well. But yeah, you are right when it comes to money management: I always said and will say, that nothing is more important than that. And yeah, over the years I learned the art of staking. One reason why I don't like flat betting too much. If you understand value and math and do have some experience - I think a units system is superior over flat-stakes. But on the other hand: only then. You can dig some deep holes if you miss your bigger bets a lot, a bigger hole than with flats. But if your staking is good, you can cap <50% and still be in the green. (Now one might argue, that with my system, I am using the upper range (7-10) not enough. Do I? I doubt it. It is important to have limits. But that doesn't mean I have to bet until this limit - at all. But when I do, I don't have to be afraid of losing. There isn't too much pressure. If I lose a 10/10 bet, well, I still have 95% of my roll left to work with. I ain't sweating bets, I ain't betting over my head or anything. 10/10 is only 5% and well within my comfort zone.)
And the most important thing: Don't get overconfident. And don't chase losses. You make bad decisions when you're trying to compensate losses with bigger bets. Shit ain't a sprint, it's a marathon. Always.
