I have also been chewing on a few 'possibles' for this match.

As You imply, the Din. Zagreb (ML) is way too expensive (-714 !) but I've also noticed that the handicap-lines isn't really paying until the '-2 AH' (@ -174) and the '-2.5' (@ EV ).. And that's where it gets tricky, in my opinion.

Din. Zagreb have to (and will) keep the Champions League qualifiers in mind. They made 0-1 away vs. AAB (DK) on Wednesday evening and as such, they have the upper hand for the 2nd leg match @ home this coming Wednesday.

Though it's a matter of opinion, the critics seem to agree that Din. Zagreb were lucky to get the win in DK; meaning that they very easily could have lost the game by 2 or 3 goals. AAB created many beautiful plays and some good goal scoring chances, but they simply weren't sharp enough.

In this perspective, I guess your handicap-proposition also makes sense because Din.Zagreb (and not least their supporters/Stakeholders) will be looking for a proper display tonight - also @ home and vs. a team who finished #7 of 10 in the season of 13/14 and with a goal difference of 35:67 in 36 matches total.

But there is always a danger that the goals will come late and/or Din. Zagreb will 'park the bus' at e.g. 2-0, because they also have a job to finish properly, come Wednesday..

This is why I'm leaning 'Over 1.5 goals total - 1st half' @ EV.

I think Din. Zagreb will be looking for a quick '1st half win', in order to be able to rest as much as possible for the CL qualifier on Wednesday. And if their opponents this evening are, as You say, fatigued by their travelling and so on, I guess this won't be too far off.

This way, one also have the opportunity to play the 'Over' or the handicap live at halftime, if the first play doesn't hit..

Totally! I guess they had a point to make. Or else there were just no bus available.
