The handicap pk play will just include the first 90 mins (plus stoppage time) and if they tie then you just push. There should be a different spot on your book for Netherlands to advance. My book has Holland pk +110 and to advance +120. Unless you think Netherlands is at a disadvantage during ET and/or penalties, qualify at +120 is by far the better play for you. Good luck man.

it just depends what you think will happen the other day on netherlands-costa rica i cashed out on a draw which is only regulation time, then i cashed out on netherlands to win in penalties for +950... So there is value in other things other then just betting netherlands to win outright, where there is more juice to pay. If you think netherlands will win in regulation just take them moneyline where youd win double the money basically then youre betting at right now, pretty the sure line is +230 netherlands on 5dimes

If you bet "to advance" or "PK" a game that goes to extra time or penaltys is considered a push. If you bet on the ML, it would be a loss.
