This could be just a coiencidence but usually when a star player gets hurt in any sport that team usually wins their next game. I don't have a direct stat for this or anything this is purely based on my betting experiences. When a star player goes down for Team A, everybody slams Team B with the books and Team A pulls off the win for their fallen teammate and the books clean up. I've seen this happen so many times "so and so is out therefore they have no chance,". Those situations and that kind of reasoning rarely work out for some reason, it's too easy. Brazil will win, that's just my gut.
