Play #1: [World Cup 7.8] Brazil-Germany Time of 1st Card UNDER 35.5 Minutes @ -115 (Bovada)
Ref for this one has been in charge of a couple WC matches and has not been afraid to exert his authority early with a yellow card with six handed out in all over those two matches. Three of those came before the 35th minute. I think especially given how out of control Brazil was allowed to get with their challenges and Colombia to some extent in the quarterfinals, that Mr.Rodriguez-Moreno aka Little Dracula will be keen to flex his muscle early if either team is too physical. He's a got a rep of doing so and got a lot of shite from some for his red card in the Italy-Uruguay match. Flex away early on Little Dracula.
