I agree pal. And I didn't like the end of the game as well.
And yeah, of course you can touch anothers leg by mistake. But there is a fine line between allowed and forbidden.... In this case Samaras was in the middle of taking a direct shot on goal, his leg was already reaching back for the shot. Plus, he couldn't see that Sio had put his foot where it was. Let's put it this way: if Sio's foot wouldn't have been there, Samaras would have made the shot.
Plus, where is the line in this case between intentional and unintentional? It isn't as easy as a handball. There are easy guidelines for intentional or unintentional handballs in soccer. But in this case? If players know the ref wouldn't blow the whistle if it seems unintentional in this case: Sio would have just pretended he tripped or whatever, falling directly into Samaras and preventing him from taking a shot on goal. I disagree with a few rules in soccer, but honestly I think, that this one is a good ruling here.
See it like a reach in foul in basketball. Or tackling from behind in football etc. You just can't do this. You may get away with it from time to time because the ref didn't see it etc, but that doesn't mean you can do it.

the pk was too close to the goal. Basically refs decided the outcome.

by giving him a pk litterally 5 feet from the goal you basically give the game to Greece. Let the game be decided on the field of play. Not by the zebras.

I could litterally piss from the spot the pk was given into the goal.
