Wrong. He was clearly in an offside position after the deflection however not an offside because the deflection came off a Cameroon player; if that same flick came off the head of a Mexican player then he was clearly in an offside position.

Regardless both first half non-goals should have counted and this game should be 3-0 Mexico.

I take it back. After seeing this pic and going back and looking at it in slow mo, I concede, you are RIGHT!! He was never in an offside position thus your original statement was correct and mine was not. My apologies.

Not to mention, as I said, none of it matters because he couldn't be offside anyway since only a Cameroon player touched the ball. The linesmen just totally feked this call up both ways, not to mention the other call. There goes my Over 2 bet, diks.
