World Cup 2nd & 3rd Match group stage - possible edge for bettors???

I don't bet soccer because of the whole 'draw' thing. Given World Cup teams/bettors/books know what teams need to do to advance out of group stage in the 2nd & 3rd games, is there an advantage to be had by the bettor or do the books put on the super juice to make things hard???

I could have swore they put out all the group games lines out for 2010 b4 the tournament. That was a disadvantage to the books maybe I'm losing it and this didn't happen.
