Politics in this league play a huge role. OFK are close to relegation, and they are a serbian team with long history, and they cannot allow this to happen. Also, several serbian betting places closed bets on them.

Also, they won their last game which was unexpected.

They have been the stronger side in the first half.

This was my logic aswell, teams like Rad or OFK cannot be relegated next to "no name" teams such as Javor.
