is 4% of your bankroll too much?

Hey guys need some advice, is it too much? I would not make many bets just one or two is 4% ok? I don't have the biggest roll maybe its better this much? All a learning curve i guess

in theory yes, if you are picking 80% winners then no, but Im 99% certain you arent and either is anybody else
