Wasn't ragging on you (or Barca fans), just the ref. Wasn't a foul. Ramos didn't touch him. Watch the replay, Neymar clips the ground with his own foot and goes down (just like they're taught). All kinds of contact in the field of play without a call, guy trips over air in the box and it's a penalty. Ref ruined what was an otherwise entertaining game.
