Hi there,

A lot of people in betting make the mistake of following favourites. I don't like that approach, because there is value to be had.

I have a strong system that I use to decide on plays that are good value, and that have a very strong chance of winning. However, I give no guarantees.

I like your strategy but I dont like either of the two games you choose for today. Fiorentina is missing few starters and Espanyol is solid at home. Spanish teams in general do poor away from home. I know that espanyol has beaten atletico madrid at home when atleti were on top of their game. But BOL anyways, I will just wait for champs league matches tommorow

Can definitely see what you are saying, but I don't like to apply generalisations to my betting. I feel that some teams match up better against other teams, and vice versa. If you can identify these factors you can isolate the games where you feel that the books have made a mistake in assigning odds.

Odds are essentially a form of probability - take for example, Espanyol v Villareal. Espanyol were favourites yet they haven't beaten Villareal in 10 or 11 matches between the pair, stretching back to 2008.

They had managed some draws, but still, for Villarreal to be placed at 2.05 (draw no bet) was a mistake on the bookies part and one that us punters need to exploit.
