Help with betting lingo

I want to under what something means, I see posts about bets and I'm not 100% on its meaning,
For example,
Psg pick -160 $320
Psg ml +120 $200
Psg/04 o1.5 -200 $800
Barca pick -120 $360
Barca ml +160 $200
Barca/city o2.5 -140 $840

Question is, what does pick, ml and the -160 or +120 line mean?

Pick = draw no bet.. if it's a draw, you push; hence the higher odds

ml = team has to win

-160 means you have to put up $160 to get back $100
+120 means for every $100 you bet, you'd get back $120
