i agree matt...city will have much weakened side out this time around...yes city can score but last time they played an weakened team away from home against blackburn it ended 1-1..westham dont want to go down in front there home fans here so i can c them packing midfield and this games will be on pace for under 3.5

Still a decent chance to hit. City might just start passing it around (even more than they have), I assume Jovetic and Rodwell will come on who have to be a little rusty. If West Ham really start pressing for a goal they're going to get killed on the break though.

I think WH will be pressing for a goal because this 0-8 total is just humiliating, so they need to score once at least in front of their demanding fans. Man City might score 2, so game could go easily Over 4.5
